Horrible customer service. Got half the order delivered, had to call 45 minutes later to be told they prefer to refund me for what was missing, while I responded that I didn’t like that I was hung up on, manager call-back just as rude, and though I got my tip and food not received refunded they refused to refund the delivery fee inspire of never delivering the food as ordered. Never again.

Never again!. This place is a joke! Will never eat here again customer service sucks and had the nerve to get an attitude with me cause my order was messed up!!!! No more of my business ever!
Not worth it. We have ordered from here a couple times to try different stuff. Needless to say I’m not happy with the food or the service. Both times we ordered it took almost 2 hours for our food to be delivered!!! The pulled pork sandwich is a joke! Hardly any meat and what was there was hard and chewy. Gross! The rib tips are decent. Second time, we ordered catfish nugget dinner ….there literally was 3 pieces. 9.99 is too much for 3 catfish nuggets. Period I don’t care! Kids like the wings but again, 2 hours of waiting is ridiculous! Get it together. Won’t be ordering again
Chicken. The food is suck tried most of it. They need a chef the food is either burned or too salty end up always in the trash 2 days ago was my last time after waisting $24
Management And delivery. I was told 45 minutes to hour. . An hour and ten minutes i called to check..was told it was on way.. half hour later i called again And asked for manager..skew called driver and i was told she was here..she was here a minute or two later.. i told her to reiterate how upset i was..this was the second incident.. fries were cold!!! Called and the manager just said I’ll just send you more..no I’m so sorry for the inconvenience..is there anything else i can do fix this just..I’ll send more fries..HORRIBLE AND I’M P’SSED OFF. .
Seven bucks for rude customer service and hardly any meat in the sandwich???. My first experience with Happy’s is being the recipient of a order that was picked up this evening, a BBQ pork sandwich with very little meat ( don’t the GOOD BBQ places pile that stuff on??) and when I called to complain, they offered to remake the sandwich (30 minute round trip drive wasn’t worth it) and I was also informed I couldn’t get a refund until the GM was there tomorrow morning. Needless to say, not going back, for refund or anything else.
