Negative: I had the fish and chips before and they were good. I decided to try the shrimp linguini. HORRIBLE! I ate one piece of pasta and thought it was a fluke. Yuck! Tasted the shrimp. Undercooked and awful. We asked for water FIVE TIMES before the waitress brought it. My husband’s po-boy had unedible sauce. Tried to check out–couldn’t get the waitress to come. Finally came and we asked her for change for the tip. 15 minutes later she comes back with the original bill and no change. I don’t get it–seems like you’d want to serve good food and take care of the customers. I asked for a suggestion card. Guess what they don’t have???

Will Ferrell approves. If you have a hankering for some wings, beer…wait for it….keno then whewwwhooohooo is this willies the place for jew. upon walking into the restaurant a strapping young man in a tuxedo tshirt opened the door for me. i was greeting by the hostess (and boy oh boy did she have the mostest if you know what i mean 😉 hehe) anywhoooo the server was friendly and knew her way around a t-bone(r) steak. even though she recommended it i got 10oz bone(r)less wings and a tall cold coors light. i dipped a few of my wings in the beer and man was it good. the night took a turn for the worse when i had to run to the bathroom to unload my bowels (in the urinal) but overall i really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and people. most def recommend it….live long and prosper…CYA SUCKERS

Game Night Bust. I went to Willie’s with a friend on a Wednesday night. The Reds were playing at home so we knew there would be a decent crowd. Boy were we wrong. They weren’t even half full. Which meant they weren’t as busy as we thought.Once we got seated, we waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. The waitress who did wasn’t even supposed to be our server. We ordered some of their house coladas. The drinks took even longer to arrive and we still didn’t know who our server was. The man who sat us said he’d check on our drinks and our server. We never saw him again.A different waitress delivered our drinks, but we were severely disappointed. There was zero rum in either drink. We know what coladas should taste like, and these had so much ice in them, they were almost flavorless slushies. And they charged us $5 a drink?? They should fire their bartender. Finally, the 4th person to take care of us took our food order. It took EVEN LONGER to arrive than the drinks did. I got the Gyro wrap, and my friend got a turkey club wrap. Neither were very special, but it was less that what I expected even for bar food. My fries were room temperature and I ended up being ill the following day.The reason everything took so long? The staff was watching the Reds game. They were even staring at the screens during the commercials. WTF?We were not pleased so we didn’t leave a tip. I’m never going back to that crap hole. The service was mediocre when we got it, otherwise it was nonexistent. It took 4 members of staff to take and deliver our order? And it took over a collective hour of waiting for blender virgin cocktails and bar food on a slow night? Inexcusable.

Pretty bad. Parents beware that they have a video game room. My kids were impossible to keep at the table. Which turned out sort of okay since it took so long to come out. When it did they didn’t have my five year olds food. It took the full cook time to get a new order. Not fun trying to eat when your five year old is sobbing that his food didn’t come. They did bring him ice cream as a sorry, but that didn’t make up for my wife’s skimpy chicken sandwich or my super salty black and blue burger. We won’t be back.

No Food!. We had reservations for a Friday night for a large group celebrating a birthday. After 1.5 hours waiting we finally complained and that’s when they told us that they lost the order. We asked for the manager, but they would not come out. Management was indifferent, so we finally decided to leave without eating. Mistakes happen, but management should at least step up and pretend to care.
