Best grilled cheese ever. Since I was only in Ohio for a graduation this may be my one and only chance to eat at Melt. I actually ordered two entrees just for myself. Both were amazing! I ordered the make your own grilled cheese with server recommendation of cheddar and gouda, unbelievable. In addition, I got the pancake battered grilled cheese breakfast brunch sandwich, also unbelieveable. Loved our server and got in fast. I hope someday to be able to return. If you live near a Melt, go there often!
Incredible. I love this place. They have the best Monte Cristo sandwich that I’ve ever had in my life.
First time I went there, the shrimp po boy was pretty good, really messy and impossible to reheat but not too bad. My mother had the macaroni and cheese sandwich; which was dry and boring even after adding extra cheese. Didn’t enjoy our first trip. But I tried it a second time, followed the waitress’ suggestion of the beet and goat cheese salad- my god that was revolting. It’s not a horse radish dressing; it’s just huge amounts of horse radish globbed on. I’ll never return.
I was very disappointed on my recent visit. We ordered the Cuban sandwich and were excited to see pork belly as the 3rd ingredient on the list. After tasting the sandwich and not experiencing any pork belly, the bartender tells me that it might be chunked up with the pulled pork. Low and behold, I find a small dice of it. I think. Don’t advertise one thing and deliver another. FYI….if you love a good Cuban, don’t order the one here. Mediocre at best!
Good food,long wait. Not a place to take kids, long wait for food, and nothing kid portion to eat. a great place to go as a couple or with buddies. bar atmosphere tight seating,not good if you are in wheelchair either. food is amazing be prepared to eat! huge sandwiches!
