Amazing Staff!!!!. Jeramy and Doris are absolutly amazing!!!! Always one step ahead and so beyond friendly!!! The best service and fun I have had in a while! Deffinatly requesting them every time I come!!! This is the place to be and the staff is top notch!
Horrible Service. My first experience at Panini’s was Saturday evening July 26th. Not only was the restaurant extremely overcrowded, but my waitress, Kaitlin was horribly rude and unprofessional. Not only did she mess up my family’s order, but she also rolled her eyes at us when we made our complaint. When we asked to speak to the manager, Ashley, our waitress told us she would be right over.. Except she never showed up at our table, and my husband and I saw her laughing at the bar AFTER Kaitlin had told her we wanted to speak to her. This restaurant is horribly unprofessional.. It is a joke, and I would NOT recommend anyone go there. AWFUL Service, AWFUL management, and AWFUL employees.
