Does not constitute a revisit….. If they are really busy with a long line, forget about any customer service at all from the young waitstaff and just walk away. I sometimes wonder whether the place is sanitary with the non-caring help they employ. Ordered the pork and got a big piece of gristle in the middle. Pretty Gross…I do not recommend this Zanesville store…..
Unfortunately what is typical of many Zanesville restaurants is good help! They start out with a bang but quickly have no customer service! Quality food control needs to be implemented. Currently the consistence of quality is TERRIBLE. Recently we were served frozen cold steak and rice. There reply was the steam tables are hot! Well it helps if the food is cooked and hot when it is put in it! They did remake our food but were not happy about it and offered us no compensation!
I was concerned about the sanitation since the employees were eating on the same counter they made my burrito. I also stood waiting to pay for 2-3 minutes while the cashier (also the manager) finished her conversation on the phone. The burrito would have been delicious had I not been so aggrivated while eating it.
