Just take out. This is not a sit-down place where you can go for a nice quiet meal. You can sit outside at tables on the sidewalk with the noise of trucks from AK Steel and fast traffic going by, but it’s mainly a BBQ carryout stand. I had the ribs, which are packed plain in a styrofoam container with a rub only, and you put on the sauce of your choice from lidded plastic cups which are placed in another styrofoam container. Ribs were meaty and cooked well, but also had some gristle which made them hard to eat fully. The meat was not ‘falling-off-the-bone’ at all. It’s alright, and maybe good if you want to feed several people, but I personally was not that impressed to rave about it.
