Can’t touch El Maguey. Bad service and coolaid margaritas.

Would Recommend. In my opinion, I have never had a bad meal in this place. I don’t frequent that much, but it is nicely run by a gentleman from Guadalajara MX, and his brother runs the one in Cambridge, OH. Sometimes there is a language barrier when the servers bring the food out, but overall it’s an extensive menu, reasonable pricing, and with the homemade chips & salsa, it has always been a very nice experience.
Excellent vegetarian burrito with carmelized onions and broccoli. We fed all four of us for $20 including a nice tip.
Menu is VERY extensive, with lots of Mexican favorites and even several vegetarian options. The Food itself seems to be a bit hit or miss. The first time we went, I didnt love whatever I ordered, but the second time I ordered nachos grande and a fajita salad and enjoyed both. Service was slow, but the Mariachi singer was surprisingly great and made waiting more pleasant. Overall verdict: pretty good for Mexican food in mostly-rural Ohio. Certainly one of the better reasonably-priced local eating options.
Service is HORRIBLE. We sat for 15 minutes and not a single server even came by our table. We tried getting their attention and nothing. However, three tables that came in after us promptly got waited on. We left and told them why and they just shrugged their shoulders. This is not the first time this has happened but it was the last time I will go into that place.
Great place good prices.. Always good and fast. The Cambridge and Zanesville locations are the best. The New Philadelphia location is good, but something is missing that the other two have.
