Terrible Service.. Regardless if you like Applebee’s or not, the staff and service is terrible. not unfriendly, just zombies. They pay zero attention to their customers. management doesn’t care about customers, just chatting with the staff. If you enjoy zombies, this is your place
Location location not this lication. I have been to many Applebee’s and live close to this one but now refuse to go back….service is slow food is OK service means a lot to me.
Mrs. Austin. My husband and I went to kinda celebrate and ended up not having a good time. First we ordered our drinks, mine was brought right away, then one of our appetizers were brought, we asked about my husbands drink as it had been over 20 minutes, so the waitress went to look for it, after another 5 minutes she brings him a drink, the bartender had given her, which was the wrong drink. My husband had the steak medium rare, it came out very well done, my dinner was very good except the burnt bread sticks were not edible unless you scraped the black burnt off which I wasn’t going to do, when we were finished eating our 2nd appetizer was delivered to us, it had to have been sitting under the heat lamp the entire time cause it was pretty nasty, the waitress did remove that from our ticket. Now remember this was a Wednesday evening at 6pm they were not busy at all. I feel they need a new cook and bartender. We of course will never go back again, which is a shame cause we live close. But until they hire someone who knows how to cook my family will go elsewhere.
I have now had 3 bad experiences at this location, decided to email them, I did get a call back from the GM. Who in all honesty didn’t seem very concerned, more like he is required to call me. He did send us free meal coupons, not that I have any desire to go back. It was a nice gesture though.
It’s clear Applebee’s management does not care about the reviews listed here. They have done nothing to improve service in my opinion. We have visited this Applebees three times in the last few months. The food is average at best. Last night was the clencher. The bacon and bun on the burger was burnt. The server informed us that he does not eat the food at this restaurant. The service was awful all the way through, and then the server decided to try and stand over my shoulder as I started to fill out the survey from the receipt. He even had the nerve to ask if it was a good review after walking by our empty glasses four times. I have no clue if a manager was on duty because we never saw one the entire time. Only four tables were occupied while we were there. If we visit this store ever again it wil be to order dessert to go. Not even free food will entice us back. Good luck.
Gross. I don’t know why I keep going back to Applebee’s to give it one more chance. The food is always cold, they server’s are never around, and the food is just plain bad. Last time I went the manager was going back and forth between the two tables next to me dealing with complaints.
Nothing good, nuf’ said.
