Not the best experience. I typically like to give a location the benefit of the doubt, in the off chance that I catch them on a not great night and perhaps they weren’t on their game. That being said, this was my first time at this Broken Arrow location. It was the closest option to where I was visiting and I wouldn’t say I go for bar fare often but I received a gift card so I decided to make use of it. To not make this seem like a long rant I will quickly summarize. First observation, the entire restaurant smelled like a used dish rag for cleaning tables. Second observation, the bathroom appeared to not have been attended to for hours with a dirty floor, ashes on the urinal, and paper towels scattered.As for my food, I was disappointed to learn that my Hickory Pulled Pork sandwich would be the same price whether I had a side or not. For the size I did not feel that it was a $10 sandwich and I was not personally interested in the sides but I imagine others would be. Typical fried options for a wing type of establishment. Though I can say the actual taste of the sandwich was good. Lastly, as I drove out of the parking lot I tried a fry for the road, and they were already cold. Safe to say, I don’t see myself visiting this location again. And I don’t see myself visiting the establishment at all after I spend this gift card. And honestly, I feel like it was more of a 2 star experience but again, Im aware a different night could provide a somewhat different experience. Though I don’t intend to come back to this review to make any ‘updates’.
