Not a good experience. Took my daughter there for a special time after the daddy daughter dance on Saturday . We arrived at 9:40 found all the yogurt machines empty. We were told that they we preparing to close at 10:00. Maybe they should put closing at 9:30 on the store sign. Rude works poor customer service definitely will not take my family back.
I’ve been here multiple times since they opened and loved it. I live kind of the way but is was worth the drive. I came in today with my family and friends to show them why I loved it so much. And they had almost all if their flavors out of order except for coffee and I was extremely disappointed and it actually turned me away from wanting to come back. There seemed to be no care with the employees that many customers were getting disappointed with the store and the lack of frozen yogurt and toppings. It’s unfortunate that they are loosing good business and loyal customers for their lack of attention to the product..
