Not so super nachos. We wanted to go have drinks and a snack. I ordered the super nachos with beef and sour cream and salsa on the side.. There were lots of chips, about 2 tablespoons of dried out taco meat, and hardened shredded cheese on about 1/3 of the chips, a little sprinkle of lettuce and tomato. Absolutely no flavor and I could’ve done better throwing it together in my microwave. Considering the $7.99 price, I expected a lot more.

Needs better management or something. I have gone there twice over the last couple of months – once on a Sunday and then again this past Saturday – (NFL playoffs) – and both times they had ONE server/bartender for the whole place – the poor girl was in the weeds so bad I almost got up to help her. Who schedules one bartender/server in a bar (that also serves food [which is just OK food nothing great] ) on a NFL playoff weekend – come on. And what was even more frustrating was there was a table of Chiefs fans and one of them obviously worked there because he was going back to the kitchen and cooking his table food. All the while the rest of the place had to wait for everything from food to drinks because that poor girl was all by herself – he never once tried to help her get out of the weeds. I’ve worked in the food service industry for 15 years and when I would go into my establishment on my day off or whatever (recently went to one I dont even work for anymore) and would see that they were slammed I would help them until things were back under control. And what makes me even MORE upset is the only person this hurts is the server because customers won’t tip her. The establishment still makes all their money – her being in the weeds only affects her tips not the restaurants money for the day. It will effect them in the long run, because I for one probably won’t go back. Esp. since there are now 4 charges of $10 each on my debit card from a CJM Enterprises that are still pending even though my $70 tab has already went through two days ago. (I gave the girl a really good tip because I knew there were gonna be people who screwed her because she was so busy). I used to love Moloney’s and really thought the way the redid the inside was great but with poor management/ownership I do not see them doing that good. I hope they read reviews and try to improve. I plan on putting this on their facebook page also – once I have had a chance to call them and find out what is going on with these pending charges. PS: I am sooooo GLAD the Chiefs lost – serves them right for caring more about the game then they do their business.

Debit Card taxing. I went to this place, great band the DMS, bar folks were friendly, and the crowd was great. I had a great time, until…….. Monday morning i checked my debit card and had found that they charged my account 30$, when I only had three beers… When I called and spoke to a women, she calmly said that that was to verify that I have enough monet to drink. First off, this pist me off, I told her that this is something that I should have been notified about BEFORE they swiped my card. I hadn’t heard of this so I called around to other locals that I attend. Baker Street Pub and grill, great band, food, and classes peps.. They too said that they do that as well, however, the only run the card for 5 dollarrs, not 30, Elaphant Run, the do this too, but they swip you card for 50 dollars….. It looks as if I either need to carry cash, or just party at Baker Street….. Oh, BTW… if you dont spend that anount, they do put it back in your account….. but it’ll take two to three days….. Also, Baker Street doesn’t charge a cover charge….. just how cheep is CJ Maloney’s anyway….. WOW, see ya a Baker Street….

New years Eve bust. Took sister for nye, we sat at bar. Was some event where every table inn bar reserved, which was greatbut no information abt what to.expect for evening, plus thought there would be more going on, this place could be golf mine if ran.right think there was a cover.but w were not charged to go on. Music was.really awful, even juke box stuff,,,,, also the mushrooms dropped with old cooking oil…. GRILL FOLKS, fried died of heart attack…and so will you if eat there. You may need to rethink menu and entertainment, even TVs,,,too small, staff nice but well U know how this story ends…….good luck

This Place is Awfull. They need a new Manager because when we was there,He was very Rude to us.I also didn’t like that we had to pay$5.00 for a Draft Beer. They offer Specials on Signs you read and they don’t Honor them.I would go somewhere else.

I have been a bartender for a few years, and I also attended cj moloney’s on st Patricks day. They food was very good but did take a bit to get to me, which I expected considering all of the people in the bar. I have never commented on a place before but the only reason I am is because I think some people are being a little hard on the bartenders! I was there before it was slammed and they were very nice and on the ball. I believe they were just understaffed and stressed. If u know what it’s like to have 40 people slapping the bar and waving money at you then I bet you might get frusterated as well people! Although it wasn’t the best service I have ever had my personal experience at cj moloneys was great! And I will be back next year to see how u guys do! I know that ownership has changed recently and it kinda seems like people are just a little upset about that and are giving them a bad rap. Look forward to the improvements next year CJ’s David
