Great food. Waitress acknowledged us quickly. Seated promptly, got chips and salsa quickly also. I had flat enchiladas and they were excellent. My wife and daughter loved their cheese enchiladas and we will be back. Service, food, and price were all worth going back for.WE WILL BE BACK REGULARLY!!
Its Ok. Fiesta Mambo is just okay. My boyfriend and I went there last night and we got there just in time before it was to busy, which was great. Got water and salsa right away however when those two very important things ran out, which they did very quickly because they were so good, our waiter was nowhere to be found. I stop another waitress and asked for water and she put her finger in my face and walked away. Very quickly. We reverted to putting the hot sauce on our left over chips because there was no more salsa. We finally got more chip and salsa (from a nice young lady) and more water but only half way through our meal when our waiter finally showed back up. He was really friendly though and seemed to have a lot of tables in addition to seating people so I understand. But the food was just ok. I ordered the fish tacos and it kind of looked like the frozen deep fried fish blocks you’d find in the freezer section of the grocery store. But they were just ok, nothing too special. My boyfriend however loved his beef and chicken taco salad. The portions are big, the atmosphere was fun without being too loud, the service was not that great. But we will be back because I feel like it has potential to have very yummy food, despite what I got.

Waited about 20 minutes before our waiter came to ask us what we wanted to drink and eat. Drinks came right out but waited another 30 minutes for our food. I had ordered a chicken breast with spinach and rice, my husband ordered a taco salad. I sent mine back because the chicken was tough as shoe leather. My husbands taco salad had about an inch of liquid in the bottom of his taco bowl. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our check. BAD FOOD, BAD SERVICE, BAD LUNCH EXPERIENCE. Will not go back.

Best Tamales ever!. Went to eat sushi a cross the street. The wait was too long, so we decided to eat at Fiesta Mambo. I ordered two pork tamales. The tamales had the most perfect balance of corn masa to pork filling. Not doughy or under cooked like most places. The shredded pork filling was seasoned to taste. I poured the side of red sauce on top, and had a moment of happiness. The combination of rich red sauce and tamales was heavenly scrumptious. I will be back Fiesta Mambo!
