Macho Nachos. And a mule!
Great customer service. Louie’s is near our home and we eat there at least twice a month. We always receive good service and the food is always fresh and fast. The alcoholic drinks pack a punch as well and are worth the money. On a recent visit the wrong item was brought to our table, a southwest wrap rather than the burger. Our waitress immediately took the wrap back to the kitchen and I had the correct order in no time. No biggie, it was a simple mistake and the waitress was very apologetic. But then the manager came over and said he apologized for the error and my meal was on him. I couldn’t believe it! That’s the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. To top it off, he not only gave me my entree for free but my $7 mixed drink as well! It’s great service like this as well as the great food that keeps us coming back!
Love it! Been there over a dozen times in the past year. Always satisfied. Manager is cool. Favorite is the southwest burger with sweet potato fries dipped in honey mustard!
Had dinner. Someone in our party of 4 requested a calzone and she brought a pizza instead. She didnt even offer to bring the correct order, just asked if the pizza was ok. This same person asked for a lemonade/tea and she brought the alcoholic one at $7.25 instead. And charged for it. Guess it was a bad luck night for our friend.
AWESOME. My husband and I went to Louies BA for the first time ever last friday and may I say it exceeded our expectations by far. The restaurant was packed when we arrived so we snagged two seats at the bar. We were greeted by the cutest bartender Kassi and although we could see she was running back and fourth between all the people sitting at the bar and making drinks for what seemed to be the whole restaurant she still made time to chat with us and make us feel like we were her top priority and to us that is a rare now days so we appreciate her. Everything was reasonably priced, the food and drinks were awesome the staff seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. We will definitely be back!
Awesome service!. I just wanted to say that we had dinner at Louie’s in BA last fri night. From the time we walked in, until we left, everyone of the girls were very sweet. Our waitress was Miranda. Wish all the restaurants had sweet, caring people working!And the food was good.
