Rude girl at pick up window and poor service as well. Called in the order, she forgot to write the name down so we reviewed the order and they were able to find it. She took our money but didn’t check to see if the order was ready. We sat there watching other people come and go and finally asked about our order just to find out it had been sitting on the shelf behind her the entire time!! Needless to say it was cold and rubbery…..not the first time this McAlister’s has provided sub-par food and service. Too bad this is the one so close to my house!

Excellent customer service! My boyfriend picked up dinner, and my potato soup was left out. When I called, they checked the order, and informed me that my soup wasn’t on the ticket, but since it was their fault for not putting it on the ticket, they were upgrading to a bread bowl soup for no charge. It is soup weather, and I’m a very happy girl!
GO THERE!. We always go there. We have salads, vary sometimes to sandwiches. Their sweet tea is Great!!!You need to go! Especial, the chocolate cake, get it. We will always be customers.
Love, love, love McAlister’s!! I’ve had the sweet chipotle chicken sandwich, the smokey pepper jack sandwich, cheesy baked potato. It is all amazing. I highly recommend this place. The tea is incredible you’ve got to have it.
