4/17/2015. The bar tenders. From 1st shift.to 2 shift was so opposite from each other. I paid may tab from the first shift bar tender. I Specifically asked the bartender is this I owe she said at 30dollars even.. I choose to stay to mingle since it was FRIDAY. During the mingle a couple of regulars want to.but me drinks. I say sure. Well not knowing they put it on my tab which I didnt have a tab going. Also they left early then I did. I still had the same beverage I ended with the firs Bar tender then the second she chooses not to give me a drink . I didnt get.a.buzz how could someone get drunk if they done spent 86 dollars. I tried to dispute it not trying to cause a scene. I paid the total. But how could a.owner accept this kinda of behavior treating customers unfairly. As a matther of FACT THE BAR TENDER FOR THE SECOND shift STARTED FOR HER. She was drinking prior her shift…. I saw her taking shots. So being a business man I dont understand how could a owner let this happen at his OR HERS bar. . People please dont GO TO POTBELLYS IN BROKEN ARROW. YOU WILL GET ROB FROM THE BAR TENDERS.
At least they have free food on sun. If ur looking for a cozy little place where everyone hates there life and wants to tell u about it, than this just might be ur new home away fro home. They have the cheapest beer in town, & nobody u would ever admit to going home with. It’s a dive on there best day of the week.

The burger was good, and the beer was cold. Can’t get much better than that. First timer, but I’ll be back. 🙂
LOVE the bartender… Cathy is awesome! She is always friendly and takes care of her customers! Not to mention the food is great!
