AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service both times. Swore to never go there again after the first time, but its close so we decided to give it another try and the service was worse the second time. Don’t even try to talk to the manager, he’s the most rude of them all. Then they’ll go and talk dirt on you behind the kitchen even though you can clearly see the kitchen. They’ll glare at you while you leave and don’t care about customer service whatsoever. Please please avoid this location and spend your money somewhere that knows something about customer service.
Dirty. The floor was dirty, the silverware was dirty (a knife had a piece of onion stuck to it and other utensils had spots and smudges), and the ladies’ room was filthy. The Gourmet Cheeseburger had an off flavor and turned my stomach. A few bites were too many. Service was sporadic and inattentive. I used to be a fan of Red Robin. After today, I will not be eager to go to this one again.
