Love the burgers but not the fries. Broken Arrow location: I called in a to-go order this week for a burger and spanish fries. The burger was out of this world, but the fries were so greasy by the time I drove the mile home to my house, the bag they were in was falling apart. I couldn’t eat them, and ultimately had to throw them out.
Rude Servers!. Food is great as always but was there last Saturday and had some of the worst service I have ever had. Will not be returning to this location.
Fries Are Always Late. During my latest visit to Ron’s, we had a hard time getting waited on as our waitress was busy texting. Finally, she took our order, 1 water and 1 Pepsi. She brought 2 waters. Then she brought our 2 cheeseburgers, without fries. She said our fries would be out soon. I had about 2 bites left when the fries finally arrived. She told us that the fries and burgers rarely finish cooking at the same time. Tell that to McDonalds, Goldies, or Smashburger. The Pepsi never arrived. She was rude and never apologized. This has happened to us numerous times but it won’t happen again. There are too many hamburger restaurants in the area to have to put up with this treatment.

Love Ron’s. Not convinced about this location. Ate here last week. Super busy, super slow service. Asked for to go cups, waitress handed me an empty styrofoam cup. My regular glass was empty. Doesn’t do me much good… Also bixby location, food was much tastier and I’m so bummed that it’s not Ron’s anymore.
Ridiculous. I called and was left on hold for over ten min. The only other time I tried to eat here the restaurant was dirty, the food was sub par, and we waited over an hour. Totally not worth it.
Left after 40 mins with no food. Went here for the first time and ordered take out… 4 burgers and fries… after 40 mins and multiple assurances that it was almost ready, I got my $50 back and left with no good! Ridiculous!!
