Literally the worst service from the grumpiest people at the least busy place. We sat for 20 minutes with empty glasses while the bar tenders just started at us. Never asked if we wanted a drink. Just overall laziness. Good thing i didn’t eat the food, I would still be sitting there.
If you enjoy walking into a smoke den, by all means, you’ll love this place. Poor ventilation has created a pizza haze throughout the restaurant. Our server seemed a bit lethargic and not on his A-game. We actually wondered if we had a server because it took a while for him to visit our table. The location is cool and maybe during warmer weather they’ll open the windows and doors to alleviate the smoke. The pizza itself didn’t taste bad, but I wouldn’t recommend it over Hideaway.
Once we got seated and received our food, it was good. They didn’t have very many indoor tables available and it took what seemed like an extended amount of time for a party of 4 and some sandwiches. Probably wouldn’t come back.
Sadly, the best part about this place was the atmosphere. I really liked the decor and how the restaurant was set up. The food was actually decent. However, we were extremely rushed. It was very uncomfortable howMuch the server kept checking in to see if we were done. It’s very over priced as well. I would go back yes, but only if I wasn’t expecting to sit and actually talk to my company without being constantly rushed.
I gave Rooftop a 2 instead of a 1 only because of the neat atmosphere outside. the service was terrible and the menu was laughably small and overprices. I wasn’t in the mood for pizza and so ordered a ham sandwich, but it came with zero sides (not even chips!) and so I ordered the tomato soup (they called it ‘bisque’ to justify the inflated price). The ham sandwich was on normal white Wonder bread and was a small portion of meat with a slice of cheese. This and a small bowl of tomato soup cost me $15! I was shocked to learn that the Rooftop is owned by the same people who own and run Mainstreet Tavern, which is far, far superior. But I hope that Rooftop works out the kinks and improves. If they’re still around in a year I’ll go back and will then write a fresh review.
Awful service. The atmosphere is great but it doesn’t make up for the AWFUL service. We waited thirty minutes just for a waitress to check on us and sat at the bar for 15 waiting for the bartender to even approach us.
Everything is amazing!. The food, the atmosphere, the great servers I absolutely recommend this place to everyone GO, check it out you will not be disappointed!
