The food wasn’t all that great and there were very few healthy choices. We were brought to our table without silverware and crowded into a booth not big enough for the 5 of us. Like I said, food wasn’t great, the chicken was dry, the veggies undercooked, and the rice was blan. I’d say the only thing keeping us from never coming back was our lovely young waitress, Meagan! She was wonderful with my 6 year old daughter, promp, and very friendly. They need more like her!
Extremely POOR service. All wait staff in our section area were all heard telling customers I’ve only been here a few days. Half of my dinner literally half frozen.
I am now mostly vegan (health reasons), but bought a groupon here previously and although we had a little wait, the food was good and a GREAT deal for the money. If your looking for a worthy bargain and love meat, you should try there groupon they have going!! The hard part of not being a true vegan is still lovin’ the smell of smoked meat ;0(
Doesn’t really cut it!. We had noticed this fairly new addition to the Tulsa steakhouse lineup several months ago and finally got a chance to check them out for a late lunch/early dinner this past saturday. What follows is my report card on our experience:Service – prompt, attentive and friendly – Grade A+Food – I had a combo platter with a sausage (good) chicken breast (good) ribs (not very impressed) mixed veggies (over-cooked and mushy) and rice (no flavor), and my wife had the Smothered Chopped Sirloin (ok but not a real show stopper). Grade C+Decor – very nice restaurantt if you enjoy the cowpoke motif Grade BAll in all I doubt we would return as I feel the quality of food at other favorites such a Lonestar and Texas Roadhouse is a notch higher.
Will go again. 2-9-13 mid afternoon. The beer Rita was decent. The queso was wonderful. The fried onions and jalapeos were excellent. The fried shrimp with sauce was fabulous! The Beef tips with Monterrey cheese, onions was delicious. The music that was played was country and was at an enjoyable level. Had to send one of our parties steaks back they were quick to resolve the mistake. Negatives, we were rushed to pay our check because the waiter (had to go on break). Side note they lost out, we were planning on ordering more drinks. The waiter handed our food to be passed down one by one. Instead of bringing our plates to each of us. Overall it was an enjoyable enough dinner to warrant another visit.
The best place/ chesy is an excellent best customer service !! Thanks chelsy
Bad Service—-just ok food. The good help has apparently left the building.— been a couple months since we ate at SF due to illnesstonite, bartender argumentative, didnt know how to make drinks—food wasnt that great–had to send back a baked sweet potato—it was old—manager didn’t follow up to see if we were satisfied after we told him about the service…..probably won’t go back 😛
