There’s nothing special about the food. In fact, the potatoes tasted instant, and I’m convinced everything else was trucked in and warmed up, not made from scratch. The ribs were super fatty, and the chopped brisket was so mushy it was more like a BBQey paste. On the other hand, my husband enjoyed his three-meat combo, and we both thought the decor was nice and reminiscent of a lodge. I would recommend this for seniors who may need soft foods and don’t care too much about quality.
It’s pretty good. The ham was chunky but had an excellent taste, baked beans were ok, and the french fries were well seasoned. Tried some apple and blackberry cobbler which tasted almost homemade. It was very quiet if you like it that way, and the waiter was very nice.
