Great southwestern/Mexican food. Chips/tortillas with queso and various salsas start your meal. We had fish tacos that were ok. The fajitas we great and plentiful. The meat (chicken and steak) we good size for fajitas. Kids ordered nachos and quesadillas. They loved them. The nachos we served on half a crunchy taco, great for kids. The meal was finished with a free sopapilla with honey was just the perfect end to the meal.

I’ve been to Ted’s all over including the original in OKC, which was the best one. The food is ok. Not the best Tex-mex I’ve had but not the worst, just ok. The one thing that makes them worth it, in my opinion, is their fresh tortillas and their atomic salsa. I could drink that stuff! Their queso is a little weird too. It’s like they use Campbell’s cheddar soup as the base for it. Not so much for me.

Ted’s is a bit over rated. People get very excited about free chips and tortillas. That is where the excitement ends for me. It is pretty basic I’ve been here a few times and it has never been by choice, because I can go a mile down the road to the land of better choices. It’s just the amount of food. If you are really hungry and don’t want to spend more than you normally would, this place will fill you up, but you won’t find anything near authentic Mexican food here.
