Have been here to eat dinner on a few occasions. Always hit or miss if they have the Spring Rolls with the Peanut Sauce. When they do it’s good. Friend normally has the Pad Thai which always seems to be fairly decent. I tend to wander the menu and haven’t been disappointed with anything but then again not wowed. Service is friendly and good.
Wrong hours posted and no response to complaints. Every place I look on the internet, including their own web site, lists this place as being open on Mondays. I drove 1/2 hour to give them a try and found their doors closed. I emailed them to complain and they have not had the courtesy to respond in any way. Attention to details and customer service do not seem to be their strong suits.
I went to the Thai Garden on a recommendation and I could not have been more disappointed. We ordered 3 thai dishes. None of them tasted remotely like they should. The pad thai was black from so much hoisin sauce (why is that in pad thai??), there was no peanut taste at all or spice. The other dishes were just as bad or worse. Maybe they have a different cook sometimes that knows what they are doing, but we won’t be back. I have no idea how this place has this high of a rating otherwise.
