Absolutely the worst customer service, she acted annoyed the whole time, and was just plain rude to me, every time I’ve been there late at night, the other staff does a great job, but every single time I get her, I always get upset, when you ask a question she answer almost aggressively, has completely ruined my love of whataburger, my family, and friends will not be returning until we know this issue is resolved. Called up to the store to get her name, manager said she couldn’t give it to me (Not the managers fault) I am very upset that this hasn’t already been taken care of, customers should be the number one priority, next to making good food, extremely disappointing. Food was also vaguely warm, not hot, burger wasn’t hot enough to melt the cold cheese which I could tell was cold. If anyone has her name, I’d appreciate you emailing it to me [email protected] was working the night shift on 7/15/2018 1:20am and into the early morningAnyone who has been here and talked to her knows exactly what I’m talking aboutI highly suggest steering clear of this establishment.

Terrible inside and out. Avoid it at all costs. It is a terrible impersonation of a Whataburger franchise, where everything is done to about 60% of completion – from food to cleaning to parking outside and getting in the place. It’s a disaster everywhere except the people taking your order.
Good. I’ve stopped by on the way to work for breakfast to go. The Taquitos are great and the Burgers are always good. Yes, the service can be slow, but I think it’s because they are cooking everything when it’s ordered. Which is a good thing!
Don’t eat here it’d bad for you. If you are ok with that get a double and enjoy every bite. Greasy salty greatness. Faboo!!
Treatment by the employees are like taking a gamble at the casino. You never know what you may get. Food quality has always been good!
