  Worst buffet experience EVER. Bar none.. The food was cold, tasteless and absolutely the worst buffet I have ever had the displeasure of partaking in. The only thing I would half recommend is the soft ice cream. (I believe it to be ice milk, actually. I was beyond disappointed considering the price.

  UGh. They must oversee the Route 66 Cafe too. Oh God Lord. Nothing more need be said. In all fairness I left a message via website and complained- Got a response and wrote back but heard nothing. I rather didn’t expect to either.

  Not a good bet. The Buffet at Hard Rock is wayyyy too expensive. PLUS they charge like a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. Not going back.

  For teh money, the worst buffet in town. Any place in Tulsa is better than this buffet. its not worth $25, hell its not worth $5

  I will never spend another dime in this buffet. I spent $50 for the two of us to eat their Valentine’s buffet with lobster tail after waiting in line about 20 min we were informed they were out of lobster tails. Where else are we going to go at 8PM on Valentine’s Day?The buffet was absolutely in disarray. I did not get to eat the following items: Lobster tail, Cantonese stir fry lobster, lobster tamale, clams, and prime rib. It took 20 mind to get fried shrimp. The ribs on the Asian line were ice cold. Pieces of prime rib finally started to come out. You can tell it didn’t have time to cook so they cut pieces off and grilled it. It looked horrible. I never had my water refilled. I waited with another couple for someone to help us with deserts in the glass cabinet. The man had gloves on that were dirty with food from someplace else and he pulled a dirty spatula out of the sink to serve the lady in front of me some cheesecake. I put my plate down and left. This place needs a health inspector on site and new management. They were totally unprepared for Valentine’s Day. There were three suits all walking around in a rush but doing nothing. The casino management should be embarrassed this is even open to piss off paying customers.

  TERRIBLE! Everything tasted the same…silverwear wasn’t clean, and much too expensive ($25 pp). Spent over $100 for our party of 4. Would NEVER go back!

  Bland from a can. How can you mess up mashed potatos and gravy it was bland as was the other foods. I tryed several dishes and I should have gone to the Ihop LOL.
