Tacos dripping with grease. I got tacos to go. When I got home and opened the container, the tacos were sitting in a pool of grease. But of course I was hungry and I paid for them so I picked one up to eat it and grease literally dripped from the taco. NASTY. All that was on the tacos was a little bit of GREASY meat, a tiny amount of iceberg lettuce and a tiny amount of cheese. GROSS.
Poor management skills. A family party of 9 looking to have a good time. Was our first time to try this place out. We weren’t greeted with a friendly face to begin with, but thought the decor looked cool. So waiting to be seated was ok. The waiter brought our food out after ordering in a timely fashion, but pushed my daughters drink over using a plate he brought out. He dumped a huge pepsi on my daughters new Galaxy S5. Luckily, we have a cover on it. We opened the phone up to wipe it down and I asked to speak to the manager. I explained what had happened and told him the phone was working at this point, but if it had gotten pop on the inside; I would call them. The manager said he would ask the waiter. The waiter blamed it on ‘la nina’. Saying the lil girl pushed the cup. Bull! The manager wanted to argue that the waiter didn’t do it. I saw a camera bubble on the ceiling and asked if that thing worked and if so… check the tape. I said all I want to do is bring it to your attention. He continued to want to argue. So the service was aweful after that especially. Had to ask the waiter for a mop and napkins to clean HIS mess up. As well as ask for a new plate of fajias bc he spilled the pop in them! Good Grief!! Ridiculous. A simple apology would have made the difference in us coming back.
Mixed feelings, but seem just like your average Mexican restaurant. I have been here several times. The food is okay, not terrible but nothing to recommend to others. It just seem like another average Oklahoma Mexican restaurant nothing to special about it. Also its about a 50/50 on if the staff is in a good mood, or just worrying why they are there. The beef nachos are good.
Nasty food tasted liked canned food or frozen food never will go back
Worst mex restaurant I’ve ever eaten. Food was awful, service was bad, I’d rather eat at Taco Bueno.
They have the best white queso and the chicken fajitas are fantastic! The service isn’t always great, but the food never disappoints.
I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The service was friendly and the food was hot. The only flaw I noticed was that they were a little too liberal with the chorizo. I will be back.
