Very limited selection, they don’t carry everything they have on the menu. I ordered a venti breve and got half my cup filled with foam. The staff was a tad rude when my friend asked for a plain bagel, because they didn’t have any.
I have been here a few times over the years and never formed an opinion. But I went there last week before an interview at the spa next door and was very impressed. John was quick to help me and when I asked for an unusual drink (an Undertow which is really only known to Starbucks partners). He was eager to know how it was made and was very successful widgets unusual method required to make the drink. He was talkative without being unprofessional and I really enjoyed the experience. When Sasha the manager came in I spoke with her and commended John on his service. She was friendly and patient even though I am certain she was busy. I really enjoyed it and I plan to go back soon.
Mostly Good. The food was good and the coffee drinks are wonderful. The girl who took our order was very professional, but the one negative would be the little nerd behind the counter. He seemed to think he had to share every negative thought with his co-worker (poor girl) and was very mouthy behind customer’s backs. Aside from him, I’d recommend it.
Pretty cool. I stayed across the street at the sharaton and an employee reccommended caffeinas for my coffee/breakfast during my stay. i went their every morning and found the staff super friendly and coffee no different than any starbucks I’ve been to. They have a gift shop too with really fun stuff. I would reccommend getting your coffee here in the mornings if you are staying downtown.
April 29th. My daughter (14) was here last night with a group of FFA kids. They were sitting around a table (not fooling around i asked) and she elbowed a vase and it broke. They made her pay for the vase. I think this was a clear case of misuse of power. Shes a 14yo who is very aware of representing her team and didnt want to cause a scene sho she paid the 11 dollars for the vase. She was very responsible I think the cafe took advantage.
