Yummmm. The Cuban sandwich was one of the best I’ve had since living in South Florida and the Crawfish Etouffe is an excellent balance of flavor. Willy is a ball of personality and has an obvious passion for the food he serves. A must try!

Show me the Gator????. I was going to get a poor boy, but the lady talked me into Alligator Gumbo which was a dollar more.First thing I noticed the container was small. When I got to my desk and opened it all I could see was Okra with a few pieces of meat. I mixed it up it was about 65% rice 30% Okra and maybe 5% Aligator. If it was alligator? Way to go on the profit margin! I mean using 95% Rice and Okra nice idea. Then put 10 maybe 11 oz in a 12 oz container and charge $8.00 for it. It tasted decent, but that was not my expectation for my money. First time customer and last time customer…..

Great food. I got the gumbo on an open faced sandwich and it was excellent. I also sampled the pernil (pulled pork) and it was delicious. Support this wonderful food truck.

NEW FOOD TRUCK ON THE SCENE. So on my way home I spotted a new food truck. I assumed from the distance that it was a gumbo truck. On this date they didnt have any gumbo. I tried the pulled pork as a sample and was hooked. The pork was lean, well-seasoned, and flavorful. Ive never had pulled pork that tasted like a tender roast that had been cooking for hours. The bread pudding was really delicious too. The rice complimented the pull pork. I just mixed everything together and made a LA gumbo YA YA galosh. The staff was very friendly and full of smiles.
