Great lunch buffet. Reasonable prices, and 3 kinds of curry available in slow cookers. They have several deep fried items like egg rolls, and something similar to a pakora, as well as 8-10 different hot items in a small buffet bar. Not a huge variety, but a good overview of basic Thai food and they keep it pretty stocked up from what I can tell. I eat here every time I can, its a great place for a quick lunch!

I frequent the The Thai House a couple of time a week. Food is always good and fresh, thus being sometimes you have wait when an items runs out – i always eat the buffet. Again the food is good, service is just ok given the small place and low prices. Last week I entered the establishment and there were a couple of obviously homeless people in front of inquiring about prices and obviously did not have enough money, turning away in disgust. Half way out the door a lady, I’m amusing she was the owner brought them both trays for their food with drinks and asked then to take whatever they wanted. The restaurant can’t be rolling in money, so it was a straight act of kindness. She said they looked hungry and fed them. I am now a lifetime customer wish that could have stepped in sooner = There no feeling better than giving Kudo’s to Thai House

Went here for dinner. After 1800 the parking meters are free (as in both no cost and no cars parked in the spaces). Walk about a half block and you have arrived.Ok, discerning the entrance is a bit of a challenge – the real one opens into the kitchen so you really get to see how clean the place is – and it is.When I arrived at 1900 there were about three tables occupied. I made a fourth table, and I was followed by another four tables or so. The only server, Collin, had it all under control and even worked in some time for conversations and ordering advice/education. A really cool and competent guy.I ordered the Satay Kai and the Khao Phat Thai Kitchen. Both were excellent. The Satay Kai is basically grilled thin chicken tenders with a Thai peanut dipping sauce. Good flavor and at eight to an order pretty filling for an appetizer. The Khao Phat Thai Kitchen is their house fried rice with egg, onions, carrots, and peas. I added chicken which turned out to add a bunch of good sized chunks of chicken breast to the dish. Well worth the $1.99 upcharge! The fried rice was obviously produced to order as it was hot and very just cooked. I got the medium spicy varation. It was wonderful. Each table also has a squeeze bottle of their Made There sweet and sour sauce. It sure beats what most places serve.
