Let me start by saying that this is a quaint little place. We got the Scotch Eggs for appetizers, let me say they are awesome. We then had the Cornbeef and Cabbage and the Shepherds Pie, the Cornedbeef and Cabbage was to die for, was cut with a fork tender. The Shepherds Pie was a little dry for my taste, as I am used to them with a rue, but still very good. The service was impecable and the bartender was going above and beyond, be prepared to wait a little for the food, as it is made to order and worth the wait. We WILL be returning for other items on the menu we want to try.

A group of us went last night which coincidentally was the pubs 1 year anniversary night. Quite the crowd in this little establishment. The food was fabulous. I think by the end of our night we had 5 orders of fish and chips delivered, 2 orders of Guinness fries and several other dishes. The beer selection is somewhat limited compared to other pubs. This was a comfortable, friendly, laid back evening. The only negative was the service was extremely slow. It could be due to the large amount of people that were in and out during our visit. We will definitely give it another go. Too bad we live so far, as this pub would be a great hang out for our friend group.
We ate here tonight and it was sooo good! My husband had the beef stew and really liked it & he’s super picky. He said it had a lot of meat which he liked. I had the corned beef & cabbage and it was awesome! Had to take half to go they give you so much. We will definitely go back! So much more to try.
Love it!! One of my favorite regular places. Food is amazing and service is friendly. So happy they opened up! Great menu and monthly dessert specials.
Irish Beers and food WIN. So glad we have another choice of places to eat in Choctaw/Jones and it is amazing even! We stopped by here on St Patrick’s Day after partying at an Irish Pub in OKC. We only had beer then. We finally made it back for dinner. If you like sharp cheddar cheese the Bangers and Irish Cheddar app is a sure win. IRSH CHEDDAR rocks! The fish and chips are spot on with hand cut fries and fresh made tarter sauce. Bangers and Mash is also great. The Irish Soda Bread was yummy too. The dessert special this month is Strawberry Shortcake with homemade Chantilly whipped cream. The burgers and rubens that passed us looked amazing. Well no rubens for me but my bf wants to try it next time. So full so awesome and so close to home!
Great experience!. We really enjoyed our visit to the Black Raven. Good beer, good food, and entertaining live music. The manager stopped by every table making sure people were happy, and even bussed some tables and helped deliver food. Overall we had a great experience and will be back. Will also recommend to our friends.
