So tried this place out for brunch, the party I was with was about 7 people so it was a pretty decent group. When we arrived the service for drinks was pretty fast however one lady in our group had a broken glass that leak everywhere and my cup had a nat in it. Which I understand those things happens no problem and they fixed the issues pretty fast with new drinks and apologized for them, however we arrived before even a crowd got there ordered our food and it took well over 30mins to get our food and only half the people in our group received their food. By this time the waitress was like its on its way and when I got my nachos they were ice cold and I wasn’t going to complain cause another lady in our group never received her nachos still and finally got them after a lady in our group went up to the counter and was questioning them about the food. The owner or manager came and apologized for the food being late when I told them mine was ice cold he was like I can heat it up not like oh I can make you a new one or I will comp it nope I will heat it up.. I told him not worry and the other ladies were like you know it took forever and that’s was ridiculous. He was just like its our second week doing brunch. Here are some tips… Your food has great potential but if you do brunch you need to be on top of it and not take forever to serve it and just apologize for it being cold or I’m sorry it will be out when it can.
Pretty surprised.. I hadn’t any real expectations for this place, but I have to say the food was really good. It was clearly prepared fresh, to order, and made there. The fried pickles are amazing. I know recently this place came under new management, and I cannot give a comparison before December 2014. Whatever you do, don’t fire your cook.
I used to like this place….. ….then they got rid of my favorite waitress. She was nice and helpful and pretty. The food’s not good enough to go back.They got rid of her – they got rid of me, too.
Good food, bad service.. Came in ordered from one waitress waited FOREVER for our appetizers. Shift change happened after we ordered and our new waitress was even worse than our first. We had to tell her we hadn’t received our food after waiting for 30 minutes. She had no clue we didn’t have our food and it had been sitting in the window for awhile. Took over 20 minutes to receive our beers. We had finished eating and sat there for almost 45 minutes and had to ask for our ticket. Overall, the food was excellent but the service was horrible. Not sure I will be coming back.
How does a sports bar run out of wings!?!? We ordered a pizza. & burger with fries. Ate all of it & paid before the table beside us ever got their food. Lack luster service to say the least. Would eat here more if it was better. Feels like walking into a daycare every time!!! I don’t want to hear screaming. & running kids while eat & drink!
Sat at table. Waited. Waited longer. Eventually left without anyone taking a drink order. Lots of employees standing behind the drink counter chatting. Nobody in the place with an understanding of customer service. Stay away.
?? Daycare ??. Thought we were going to a Sports bar not a day care……Wednesday night and plenty of children from newborn on up in ages running around including behind the bar. Service was terrible. Had a wanta be hooters waitress who allowed our drinks from the bar sit for 15 minutes before bringing them to us. Oops. I forget she was busy serving the children in the bar their free drinks. I’m assuming the 3 yr olds are bigger tippers than we are . Ordered the bacon cheeseburger pizza which was actually a pickle cheese pizza with no bacon or hamburger. If you truly want to go to a sports bar and have a few drinks and maybe some decent bar food DO NOT go to Charlie’s !!!10 Apr, 2014?? Daycare ??.
