Nice spot. I went inside for a working breakfast recently. I didn’t have to wait to give my order. There was lots of seating and I had access to an electric plug at my table. The Caf Americano was good and the bagel and cream cheese was very good. There seemed to be a fair number of regulars as well. I had no complaints.
Kim? Owner? = JERK!. Kim, which I’m assuming is the owner is lippy and rude. She slammed my money on the table after I corrected her on a mistake she made! I was a very frequent customer. Needless to say, I will be finding a new coffee shop after this experience. What poor, poor customer service.
Love it.. I can make a latte at home, but it cannot compare to the ones they make here. The breakfast burrito is also awesome, never greasy, with healthy veggies along with the great sausage, eggs and cheese of your choice. It can take awhile to get your food, this place has grown in popularity as it’s really the only REAL coffee place that you can also get a meal. Everything is good, pleasant employees etc.
Pleasant Surprise. Since I live in Claremore, I’ve driven by Cappucino Corner countless times and never really considered checking it out, thinking it was just a coffee/donut/breakfast place – which I don’t do. At a friend’s suggestion, we stopped in for lunch to go today, since we were in a hurry and CC happened to be on the right side of the street for an easy turn 😉 I must say I was very pleasantly surprised, after pretty much expecting a meager salad of iceberg lettuce with a sprinkling of veggies, if I was lucky. My friend ordered the potato bacon soup and ham & cheddar sandwich special and I had the deluxe salad with meat, cheese, and veggies, and we both tried the blackberry tea. The salad was beautiful, made with dark green leafy romaine and NO iceberg lettuce whatsoever! Absolutely covered with diced turkey and Swiss cheese, broccoli and cauliflower florets, sliced carrots and tomatoes, and I’m fairly sure the balsamic vinaigrette was homemade? or at least fooled me 😉 My friend said her soup and sand were absolutely delicious, the potato bacon soup was thick and yummy, and the blackberry tea was perfectly brewed and had a great flavor. Today was very cold, but the store felt warm and cozy and had some nice music playing, and quite a few college students lunching and studying there. The coffee menu is extensive and they had freshly baked cookies, scones and berry tarts that looked amazing, but I resisted for the sake of saving some calories for later 😉 Reasonably priced, the deluxe salad (which was HUGE, could be two meals as much meat as they put on it), chips, and a drink were only $8 including tax. Very pleased overall with the food, atmosphere, and service. I won’t be ignoring this little discovery any longer!
Good latte!. I usually get lattes from here and they are always good. Sometimes the service is slow and the price is a little higher than I would prefer to pay, but with that being said you get what you pay for and the coffee is great! The place is also very clean.
Pretty good coffee drinks and nice employees. But nobody made a Peanut Butter Mocha like Java Dave’s…I miss Java D’s. I would recommend Capp Corner though.
