We LOVE this restaurant! The service is exceptional…the waiters and waitresses are friendly and attentive. We eat there at least one or two times a week, sometimes more! Our meals always arrive fast and the food is consistently hot, fresh and delicious every single time. It IS definitely the best Mexican food in Claremore and I highly recommend!
Didn’t have enough help several tables around us were not happy meals were wrong. Don’t recommend.
Some great, some so so, but good for Claremore.. We keep going back here, the service is fast, salsa is pretty good, the prices are great. Some things are kind of bland, it’s according to what you get. The burritos are the best, the shredded beef or carnitas are both real good. If you don’t see shredded beef, ask for it. MUCH better than the regular ground which is bland. The best one I have had is called the Burrito Amigo. The carnita is Spiced up nicely and it’s BIG. You can’t beat the place for the price and lack of anything better in that price range there. Just try a few things and see what you like.
This place was very unprofessional. We walked out after not even getting our drink order taken and finishing a bowl of salsa that I say wasn’t nothing to call home about. Chips were hard and bland
You HAVE to have sopapillas. I almost never order sopapillas, but had to order them at El Maguey. By far, they were the best I’ve ever had. The rest of the menu is mighty good, but the sopapillas are amazing.Great staff, too!
Pros: Affordable, authentic, fresh food, friendly, attentive wait staff. Good pork carnitas, carne asada tacos, fresh guacamole, creamy white queso, and cilantro salsa.Cons: More locations needed.
