Have to be in a good mood. They have REALLY good food. Ive always liked the burritos and the sandwiches. The donuts are good too. But the service is poor…. it shouldnt take 20 mins to get some doughnuts with only 6 people inline ahead of me.
Great sandwiches. I hear about the awesome donuts in the mornings, but I have only been there for lunch. Service can be a tad slow if you’re in a hurry but the sandwiches are fresh, great home cooked breads, a great selection. My favorite is the New Yorker. Pastrami on dark rye with other goodies. Hubby gets the Super sub and I mean, you’d better be hungry to eat that whole thing. Good soups too and vary by day. Friendly people, good service.

Toss up but…. I love eating out for breakfast. Most of my lunch and dinner fare is home based. So as an early riser I get up and at ’em and look for new options all the time. This one I won’t be hopping out of bed to revisit.I just couldn’t go to the thumbs up side on this establishment. Loved the donuts but sugar is not a healthy start to the day so, I also had an omelet w/sausage for my main course. I did not care for the sausage and asked for bacon to be substituted. Might as well have stuck with the sausage as the bacon wasn’t good either. Omelet was fresh and no real complaints there but why mess up a good, centered omelet with bad meat? I do love the open atmosphere but ambiance is just not enough to keep me coming back, for breakfast. The items just don’t compliment each other very well. I may return and try the lunch, or dinner one day.
Gripado’s has fantastic donuts!! I mean mind blowing! I’ve been eating their donuts since I was in my Momma’s womb. I highly recommend the blueberry donut and the apple fritter. Delicious!
Pastries look good…. Breakfast was okay.
Great food.. I go there for the great homemade soups and sandwiches. They also had great evening meals, but are no longer open in the evening.
