The best in Edmond!. I’ve been to every single coffee shop in Edmond multiple times and can truly say that Aspen Coffee is the best in town. They have high quality coffee and the atmosphere is perfect. Love this place.

Aspen Coffee is wonderful. I absolutely love Aspen Coffee. Having moved from Stillwater to Edmond, I was devastated to lose my favorite coffee shop, but once they came here, I was ecstatic! Their Chai is great, and for a wonderful treat, the Chainanna is amazing (I describe it as Christmas in a cup). Their wraps are fresh, fairly priced, and pair well with all of their beverages. The Granita is by far my favorite drink-it outshines any blended/iced coffee from Starbucks. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed with the music at a perfect ambient noise level. great place to study or chat with a friend!

Best Coffee in Edmond!. Aspen blows other coffee shops out of the water. I was a former Stillwater resident and enjoyed my fix of Aspen on a daily basis. When I moved to Edmond, I had to settle for subpar coffee from other coffee shops. Luckily, Matt decided to open a shop in Edmond. The coffee is cheaper, tastes so much better than other places, the food is phenomenal. Especially the blueberry scone with white chocolate chunks… Try a chai latte or a white chocolate mocha. The chai tastes like one of the most delicious slices of pumpkin pie you have ever tasted. The white chocolate mocha is for the typical sweet fiend, but it’s not overly sweet like you experience at other coffee shops. It starts off sweet which evolves into the taste of rich coffee and finishes with this heavenly floral taste. It’s remarkable. Don’t waste your money elsewhere, give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

Great coffee and baked goods!. Aspen Coffee is the best new coffee shop in Edmond! It has fantastic coffee and some really unique drink creations. Also, the pastries and muffins are amazing, all fresh baked each morning. If you have a sweet tooth, try the Toffee Cookie, but be warned, they’re addictive.

Take a Break for a Real Coffee Experience. We first tried Aspen Coffee a few weeks ago and have already been in several times. Fantastic service, great coffee, and somehow a sweet treat always seems to end up being ordered, it’s just too good to resist! The prices are reasonable, especially when you consider the local roasters they work with and quality bean in every cup. The extensive beverage and food menu keeps you coming in day after day. So long Starbucks, hello Aspen Coffee! We will definitely be back again!

LOVE ASPEN. As a former resident of Stillwater, I was overjoyed when I heard Aspen was coming to Edmond. However, I was utterly disappointed to find out that they do not have frozen hot chocolate, as this is my favorite from the Stillwater stores! So, I think I will boycott until they get it here! (just joking) 🙂 However, the Edmond store has the sweetest staff and is so clean!!!!!!

My favorite coffee shop in the world. Aspen means a lot to me as it got me through long nights of studying through my four years of college. The baristas are some of the best and are very well trained. So friendly too! I now have the coffee shipped to me from Aspen to Georgia, because nothing beats it. The cookies are to die for too! My go-to place whenever I get to Oklahoma!
