This place has gone downhill. We have loved China Express since it was at its old, gross Broadway location. They’ve let us down way more than they’ve pleased us for some time. We just keep trying. Tonight was the worst time ever. Not one item was good. The lo mein was chewy. The rice was bland. The sesame chicken was old and gristly. They’ve even changed their brand of fortune cookies.
