I figured I would give it another try since my friend wanted some. Considering I got everything shown as $26 dollars, I find it a bit pricey for what you get. My wife got the florentine flat bread. It was okay, just lacked in flavor in my opinion. The Sriracha chicken sandwich. It was okay. The flavor was bland and had a small hint if Sriracha flavor. The chips were stale, the salsa was good yet they were stingy on the salsa as you can see. The tortilla soup had decent flavor but a bit salty for my taste. It’s basically a slightly overpriced panera bread without the quality check. I rather eat at panera bread if you are looking for a healthy alternative for this salad chain.
I love the quality and freshness of the food but the last few trips the service has suffered. I ordered a couple pizzas and they said it would be 10 minutes. The restaurant was 25% full and plenty of staff. I went back several times to inquire about the pizza and the mgr assured me it was coming… Meanwhile I’m certain they handed my pizzas to a customer that ordered well after me. It took 50 minutes for the pizza to arrive. My wife and I were finished w our salads by the time the pizza arrived. Disappointing. Tonight I got two Caesar salads to go and they somehow put a vinaigrette of some sort on the salads when I clearly asked for Caesar? How hard it is that to screw up…
