Moons Over My Hammy. My favorite at Denny’s!!!
OK Food, Especially Since It’s Not Christmas!. We were looking for dinner last Sunday evening, and decided to try Denny’s. All of us got various forms of breakfast except me; I got a double cheeseburger. It was all very good. The food came fast, it was tasty and filling. I really liked the cheeseburger; it was better than a lot of places, to include Braum’s and Sonic.Our check was $40.40. Service was pretty good.The comment about Christmas: a couple years ago, we were supposed to have Christmas dinner with Raegans parents, but they ended up canceling that day to go to a public feed at a church in Moore. We ended up going out that evening, and Denny’s was pretty much the only place open. It’s been a running joke with us every since (although the food that night was pretty good!). billhensley.wordpress.com
Gag me.
Good breakfast, skip the rest. Many of the Oklahoma City area’s Denny’s restaurants have closed because the food is edible but not great. The Denny’s breakfasts are okay. They know how to cook pancakes, eggs, hash browns and breakfast meats. The biscuits and gravy are disappointing. The rest of the menu is useless.
