I’m writing this while enjoying green tea ice cream, one of the best treats ever, for dessert. We tried Muu Shabu for the first time today, and are now hooked on shabu shabu. The food was very fresh, and there was a nice selection of meats (or a vegetarian option). I’ve had to go gluten free, and I had no trouble with searching through the menu or checking my food. We’ll be coming back and introducing as many friends as possible to Muu Shabu. This is guilt free, everyone-is-happy, decadent cuisine.
