    If a Resturant lets their urinal look like this, and it is visible to the public. What does the kitchen look like????? The manager stood at the bar, WITHOUT EVER LEAVING, for two hours. I was here 2 years ago and got a vein in my meat. I’m not impressed this trip either. This will be my last visit to the Edmond On The Border. However the bartender was awesome.

    Usually is pretty good despite a few hiccups. I have been going to OTB since the first store opened on Northwest Expressway about 20 years ago. I have always been a fan of their food and the Mercedes margaritas have been the standard I base all other margaritas on. However, over the years, things have slowly changed. The company changed their fresh lime/simple syrup mix for a powdered mix and raised the price. I called corporate to let them know they were making a mistake. Enough people must have complained because now they are back to using fresh lime juice and agave syrup instead of simple syrup for their margaritas. It is rare to find a bartender who knows how to make a Mercedes, so I usually have to train them if a regular isn’t working. The ranchiladas used to come with a huge piece of skirt steak along with the two cheese enchiladas. Then, they switched to a smaller piece and now you just get two tiny pieces. What once used to be a terrific entree is now somewhat disappointing. I guess it’s hard to blame them with the price of beef the way it is these days. I still find myself going back at least once or twice a month, despite some bad experiences. I find the quality of my visit and the experience I have depends on who happens to be working that day. The quality of staff here is very inconsistent as is the food and service. I continue to gamble…..

    HORRIBLE save your money this place sucks. I used to eat OTB two to three times a week for lunch. Never again service was terrible good was worse

    Horrible Service. We’ve been going to this OTB since it opened. After eating there today, we have decided to not return. The service was abysmal. After being seated, someone else had to go and get our waiter (after 5 mins), our drinks came AFTER our food, no one asked if we wanted any refills or anything else, etc. The manager was there and avoided making eye contact or was sitting in the bar visiting with staff. Unacceptable. Go someplace else that appears to want your business!

    Very good. This OTB had really developed some service problems some time back, to the point that my wife I quit going to the Edmond location. We always enjoyed their food and ambience, so we decided to give them another try recently. Everything was excellent! Food, service, etc, was all very good, in spite of it being a busy weekend night. We look forward to going back and are hopeful they’ve permanently taken care of some of the problems they were having since we really do enjoy eating here on occasion. If you haven’t been in some time due to the same frustrations we had, I encourage you to give them another try.

    I love on the borders pina colada when they are made with Malibu rum. However I don’t like the inconsistency of the Salsa its always different.17 Jan, 2013I only wish on the border would maybe grill the flour enchilada. My meal was a little salty today
