Slowest service I have seen in a long time. Waited 45 minutes for our order. Lots of chicken cooked & ready to box but everyone was either cooking or waiting on the drive through ignoring those inside waiting. Will not be back.
Good chicken, poor management. In Edmond, OK, The best chicken in town, IF they have any cooked. We go there at 5 o’clock to get early dinner, and no one will answer the drive-thru, and then when they do, on two occasions there was not even 10 pieces for us to buy. Once we tried to get into front door, and it was locked. So we just went to another place and got chicken sandwiches. One time the lady at window told us to order a certain combo to get a better price, and it was higher than if we had ordered items separately. PLEASE GET BETTER MANAGEMENT!
