This is one of my favorite restaurants in Enid. Tonight we arrived with reservations. The place was busy. Occasionally they do a Steak Oscar special. …

Very enjoyable dinner. Costello’s tucked back in the corner of a shopping center and it was much nicer than I expected it might be. The lighting was muted and colors were warm and earthy and the space was partitioned nicely to create a sense of intimacy. From what I could see and hear, the patrons were mostly middle aged and many seemed to be regulars who knew the Hostess/Owner by name. Zack was my server and he did an excellent job. I had a good salad with bread to start with and then the main dish was Chicken Picatta, which was a chicken breast smothered with sauteed red onions, capers, tomato and spices over a bed of noodles. it was well prepared and had a lot of flavor. At $20, this was one of the less expensive entrees on the menu, so be prepared for some slightly higher than average prices. Still, I liked everything about the place and I would go back.
Price sooo not worth it, slow and portions not big enough. Not good at all
Good experience. I’ve been to Costello’s once in November 2012 with 7 business associates and we thought the food was good. We all had a pretty good mix of menu choices including lamb chops, steaks, pasta’s and the plates looked professional with well prepared items.
Wanted to try this place because of its rep as a good place for a nice dinner and unusual specials…the bleu cheese souffl was about 3/4 of an inch thick with no trace of bleu cheese, the crab stuffed mushrooms app had no visible crab. The prime rib was good but my duck came already sliced and doused with too much gelatinous purple goo I think was grape jelly. So I’ve tried Costello’s and now I can spend $72 somewhere else. The hostess is super friendly, but the wait staff needs to be a little more knowledgable about wine pairings for a place pushing for upscale dining status.
Our Favorite Enid Restaurant!. My husband & I always choose Costello’s for special occasions — we always have stellar service, they remember us even though we don’t go as often as we would like, and the food is always wonderful! The wine list is excellent for a town the size of Enid, as well.
Outstanding. My wife and I have been here several times. I have never had a bad meal here. I’ve tried the steaks, seafood and a couple of the Contenintal specialties The very worst of the meals was very, very good. The wine list is adequate and reasonably priced. When looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary, it was never a question. This is the best place in Enid by a considerable margin.
Lunch – Bad. I had clients in from out of town and wanted to take them to lunch somewhere different and had only heard good things about Costello’s. Service was only par to below. Food was terrible. I and colleague had Philly sandwich’s and they were terrible. Dry, one piece of onion and green pepper over cooked onion rings. Everyone complained their meal was bad. Asked for check and took forever. We finally got up from table and waited at entrance to get change.
