I placed my order at 10:30am before they opened, hoping that it would give them a heads up. I figured I would be waiting for an hour after they open to receive my pizza. I called at 12:10 and they told me my pizza wouldn’t be out for delivery for another 40 minutes. I am a fan of their pizza, and I understand being busy. But this is not good customer service. They really expected me to wait almost 2 1/2 hours for my order. I’m choosing somewhere else next time.
