Best Starbucks I’ve been to. In the last several months I have really noticed this Starbucks turning it around. The customer service is outstanding and the speed of service is great. The staff has a great attitude and you can tell they really love their job there. I don’t know what happened at this store in the past but now it is definitely the place to go for coffee.
Every time I go here it takes 10 minutes to get 2 drinks in the drive thru even.
This Starbucks drives me nuts! I order the same thing everytime and everytime they screw it up. How hard is it to simple serve tea and not make it a latte? Every time I end up with an Earl grey tea latte. From now on I’m going to DaVincis!
Something isn’t right. Nearly every time I have been to this location, my drink has seemed a little off. For instance, I ordered a Mocha, but it tasted exactly like hot chocolate; the espresso seemed to be missing. With Starbucks increasing their prices and the cramped environment of this location, you would be much better off going to DaVinci’s or Little Bit of Seattle.
After 25 years on the west coast, mostly in Seattle, I am a serious Starbucks customer. This is absolutley the WORST customer service I’ve experienced at a Starbucks, on three occasions I’ve been upset by rude employees. It’s worth it to me to drive way across town to DaVinces Coffee where they have a clue about customer service. Very rude ,poor customer service.won’t go back
Grow up. I can’t give this location a good review until they start treating it like a real starbucks. They have a limited food menu that doesn’t include the breakfast sandwiches that I love. If there was another starbucks around the corner, I would understand, but this is the only store for 60+ miles. In addition, the drive-thru is extremely slow and usually backed up several vehicles in the morning.
