Happy Place. I have been going to CiCi’s in Norman since I was little and the location was over by Big Lots. I have always enjoyed their food. The service now is great. There are always friendly employees and managers. Sometimes the buffet empties out, but they are usually quick to refresh it. My kids love the buffet, as well, and enjoy that it is low enough that they can help get their own food.
Cici’s is good! I dont care what others say.. Cicis is not amazing, gourmet pizza by any means, but I really enjoy it. It is great for a cheap buffet. If the price was any higher I might complain a little, but its not. The pizza is tasty, not super greasy like pizza hut, creative, and all you can eat. You can specially order a pizza and they will bring it to your table. How’s that for service at a $5 buffet?! I would never order a pizza to go, but I will definitely go for the buffet. Plus, in my opinion, the brownies and sticky buns are to die for.

Lowbrow pizza. The kids will love it of course. Cici’s pizza is all rather bland, thin crust pizza with very few toppings, some shockingly bad soup, and a wierd sugary marinara sauce. It has a salad bar, and they generally have some pizza-style desserts, mushy brownies and tiny sweet rolls.Its noisy, but its busy because its cheap for the amount of food you get.I do find the BBQ and the mexican pizza rather intriguing. Some of their other selections like the chicken alfredo and 3 different kinds of sausage pizza are forgettable.They will make you a pizza on request, so its worth going for if you have enough folks with you to eat it all, at least it would be fresher.
Its a $5 buffet…. The food isn’t terrible. Let me make that clear. Its decent. Don’t expect Hideaway quality here. The one thing that disappointed me though is the time they took to serve my custom pizza. It took them like 25 minutes. Then again, it’s all for $5…
Do not waste your money. Not even worth $5! Poor quality and bad taste. I would rather pay $10 if they used better ingredients
