The WORST service in Norman. The Good, the Bad, and the UglyThe Good – the mediocre food is primarily from frozen ingredients, but it was served at a decent temperature. The place was pretty clean, but that isn’t that hard considering it was empty.The Bad – Our waitress had two tables. She became so distracted holding the infant from the next table that she let our drinks go dry and otherwise ignored us completely. After my wife finnally got her attention she picked up her cup by grabbing the lip, and without bothering to wash her hands or put down the infant, tucked the cup under her arm and called to another girl to refill it. As she and the other woman were comparing teen mother stories I know it wasn’t her child or a relative. I don’t know how many health code violations that amounts to, but…The Ugly – The menu is VERY deceptive. The prices seem low, but there is an up-charge for everything. When I went to the counter to pay the cashier mistyped the amount into her credit card machine. Rather than ask me if I wanted her to void it and re-run it for the total she just took out a calculator, then ran my card a second time without asking. I pointed out to her that she should have gotten my permission to run my card a second time and I got NO RESPONSE. She just stared at me like I was something she had scraped off her shoe.I have never seen such a rude unprofessional staff in any business.
