  My husband went thru the drive thru and ordered a family chicken strip dinner with 4 biscuits, large mashed potato and gravy, and a large mac n cheese. As I bit into my serving of macan cheese i discovered a small plastic hair-tie in my mouth. I was thoroughly disgusted and needless to say it ruined my appetite and dinner all together. I decided to call KFC and when I told the manager what had happened to me he asked was I sure I had went to that particular resteraunt. (It is the one closest to our home) I said yes I was sure and he then said that no one working with him that day had long hair or was wearing any hair ties. He was basically calling me a liar and I said as much to him. He then continued to tell me there was no way it had come from his store. I asked him if he had a manager over him that I could talk to and he said his manager wouldn’t be there until Tuesday 2/9/2016 during the day. I said to him I was going to call his manager because he was refusing to be helpful to me and he said go ahead mam have a nice day and hung up on me. I am furious with the treatment I recieved from him and until something is done about this I will no longer dine KFC anywhere.

  Get What You Pay For. You get what you pay for and it rings true for KFC as a fast food chain. I’ve always dined in here during lunch hour and the service is pretty fast. Dining area is clean and food served is piping hot. I wish their Chicken Pot Pie wasn’t seasonal because that was pretty good. I usually end up sharing a 3 or 4 piece chicken meal with my guy and it comes with 2 sides and a biscuit for a decent price. I’ve always liked the taste of their chicken and this location does it right as well. Original or crispy for me and it’s definitely finger lickin’ good. Sides I get are always mashed potatoes with gravy and corn. Can’t really mess that up. It meets my expectations for a decent fast food chain restaurant. No complaints over here.

  Several years ago service was bad. This KFC location is the place where several years ago we ordered at the drive-thru, got to the window, they took our money, we were asked to pull forward, and we waited 20 minutes. Nothing. I went inside and they had lost the order and had to remake it. Never went back. I read the comments about the store being rebuilt and maybe run differently, so I’m not going to vote them down until I try them again.Not that big of a story, but I don’t think I’ve been to any fast food place anywhere that messed our order up that much.

  Improved, but not stellar. They recently tore down and rebuilt this location from the ground up. The old location was frequently out of food and the staff was uninterested in doing much of anything. I would frequently end up with free drinks or side items, I’m still not sure why. However, this new building and obviously re-trained staff has done wonders to improve the overall service and quality. I used to avoid this location, but now it’s somewhere I would eat for a quick meal.
