We love the meatball house! I’ve never had anything bad here! The fishtato ball is amazing and the macaroni and cheese is to die for. Definitely a place to come back to.
The meatball house is somehow exactly what you would assume menu-wise but the quality is better than you would ever expect. I really enjoy eating at the Meatball House. I have been twice for lunch and have had the balls on buns, with focaccia bread, pork and beef. I liked the beef ones more, but both types of bread were delicious. Their drink specials are super cheap and wonderful. I love the way they take a normal side and make it so unique. I think my favourite side so far is the creamed corn. It is a must try! The next thing on my list to experience is the mimosa our waitress was raving about!
My girlfriend and I went on a Thursday night. We were greeted and sat immediately. I had been before, but my girlfriend hadn’t, so our waitress explained the menu to her and took our drink orders. She was very attentive and offered suggestions. We ordered the trip of meatballs, mac and cheese, ramen, and the pear bacon salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend said that we have to come at least once a month now! No problem here!
Cool concept, cool setting, and we really enjoyed the food. Our server was knowledgeable and she took ownership and pride in the restaurant and the food served. I selected the Beef – Basil Tomato – Parmesan and my son chose the Meaty. As a side, I had the Buttery Mashed Potatoes and he selected the Ramen Noodle with Egg, which was probably his favorite item of the meal. My favorite was our appetizer. We had the Cane or Walking Stick Bourgeois Boys, and the Peanut Sauce was awesome! I would love to have that Sauce as an Entre. It has a good earthy, flavor that you get from a Thai Dressing with a little Spicy kick at the finish. This will be a regular stop when we visit Norman. diningoutdfw.com
Great concept, exceptional food. Our waiter, Henry, was attentive and made excellent suggestions. The meatballs were flavorful and I loved the salad dressing. I will definitely be back.
Worst service ever. Waited 45 minutes for a Togo order. The girl bartender was awkward and had no idea what she was doing. Then when I finally got my order the Mac and cheese had gotten everywhere in the bag. Never going there again.
Interesting new concept for Campus Corner. Everything I have tried has been excellent, their meat sauce and spaghetti is incredible, you also must try the meatballs with chimichurri sauce. Will definitely go again.
