Great place for main street. I personally have not had the privilege of dining here yet. i intend to as the food looks terrific. I have been there a couple of times for the live music on Friday nights and it has been absolutely a fantastic venue! As they are set up for music starting around 8 pm and playing until 10:30 or so the timing is perfect for the older crowd which i am a part of. The place seats 250 people which is fantastic for Norman. The roominess of the place and the acoustics set this venue on a higher pedestal for ANYWHERE else in norman. Try it and you will become a fan like i have.

We went here for lunch. I had the taco soup and my friend had the spinach berry salad. The chef had created a bourbon vinegrette and asked if we would like to sample it. It was wonderful. We also had an orange brownie that was spectacular. I would love to eat here daily. The teas were from a local company that is here in oklahoma. Service was the best we have ever had.

I was surprised how tasty this was. I had the cajun chicken wrap. It was not cajun in anyway but was very good. It was more a mexican food wrap. I also had the orange brownie and i agree it was an addiction. The cook came out to ask what I liked avacado jalapeno ect. This was a great touch to my meal. I will be back soon and will ask where cajun comes from on this. I also had the honeybush mango tea that was pleasant. I highly reccomend this place, but would caution anyone going for cajun foid it is not. Well cooked and clean great service and healthy it was.

My co workers and I eat here at least once a week. Everything is wonderful and the waitstaff is very friendly and clean. The cook does all the desserts and food. I asked her where she attended culinary school and she smiled and said her mom and grandma. The pumpkin cheesecake melts in your mouth and the chicken salad is what we always order. The palace tea is full of vitamins and help get us through our day. We dont mind paying more for organic and freshly made food.

I was not thrilled of the thought of a tearoom for dinner. We had a ball great blues music, cheap hibiscus cocktais and the food was the best i have ever had. The chef was very accomadating to our needs. My husband said if he was mormon he would marry her for the homemade chicken and dumplings. We had an orange brownie for dessert that was fresh from the oven. This was not just a brownie it was an addiction in the making. This family owned place is doing it right.

Deliciously unique. This place doesn’t look open yet on the outside, but it is and it is worth it.The highlight of this place other than the plethora of delicious teas is the salad dressing choices. Jalepeno ranch, agave balsamic, etc. All are homemade. Like most tea rooms, the prices aren’t cheap, but aren’t five star dinner expensive, with the lunches running around nine dollars, plus five dollars for a pot of tea or two dollars for a cup, with one tea of the day being on special for something like three dollars a pot. The decorum is like an old thrift store, with the walls dolled up, and random tables like they use in colleges set up. I like the atmosphere, especially for a college town. It’s fancy without being over the top and I’m thankful that this teahouse isn’t nearly as flowerdy as most. I had the special of the day, which was a broccoli chicken casserole dish with a salad. The salad had avocado and with the jalepeno dressing and agave balsamic brought out thanks to a nice waiter made the salad delicious and I don’t like salads. The casserole dish had some flavor as well and tasted even better with the jalepeno ranch mixed in. The moroccan mint green tea I had was smooth and they even had special sugars to offer. I chose the lavender sugar and it went surprisingly well with the tea. They have brunches on Sundays, with a gospel choir. The owner said it was going to probably be buffet style.
