It’s very poor customer service when an order is canceled by the restaurant after an hour because they ran out of lettuce for a side salad included with pizzas and other items. No phone call, no substitution or refund on the cost of the salad…. just cancel the entire order that people have been waiting for.
We like the food here because they are normally good about working around our food allergies. It was partially my fault for not checking the food before I left, but the order was all wrong and I discovered this once I was home. I called and was out in hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Once I made my way back up there and told them what was wrong they did remake the food but were not the most polite about it.I will keep going here because I’m sure that girl was just having a hard time since they were so busy.
