Outstanding Value. I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Tulio’s several times over the years, and I am NEVER disappointed with the excellent food, friendly and helpful service, and good value I receive here. This is one of my go-to places when I have friends with me because I know that they will get good service, excellent food in good-sized portions and just have a totally positive experience.
